Attendee Registration:  $50pp ICA Member/$75pp non-member

Registration includes all informational/educational sessions plus event meals.

Marketplace Vendor Space: $250 per space - member/$400 per space - non-member

• Marketplace table with two chairs and access to basic internet service. 
• One ticket for each meal during the HCE. Additional meals for additional representatives must be purchased a la carte.
• Non-members registering for trade show space are automatically enrolled in the Illinois Campground Association for the following year (2027). 
• List of attendees provided post-event.

Please Note: 

• Platinum sponsorship is the only sponsorship with Marketplace vendor space and attendee registration included in the package
• All other sponsor levels (Gold, Silver, Bronze) intending to vend at the Marketplace must select a vendor space ($) as part of their registration. 
• Attendees, Non-Attendees, and Marketplace Vendors Can All Include Sponsorships

Basic Sponsorship Package. All sponsorship levels will receive:

• Inclusion on event signage
• Logo/link on event website and event app
• Logo/link/sponsorship included in event communication (pre/post). 
• Mention and thank you during HCE.

Platinum Sponsorship - $5000.00

• Basic Sponsorship Package (See Sponsorship Notes)
• One booth space with electric access (no need to register booth space separately).
• Registration for up to two marketplace vendor reps, including all meals during HCE.
• Introduction and 2-minute podium time scheduled during one dinner time. 
• Stand-alone marketing e-blast to HCE attendees and ICA members, featuring content about your service or product (scheduled after HCE for maximum exposure)
• Advertorial space (up to 750 words) in a printed member newsletter (scheduled after HCE for maximum exposure). 
• One year of Premium Commercial Membership in ICA (new or renewing), plus all member benefits/marketing exposure. 
• One boosted post ($50 value) via ICA’s Facebook page. 

Gold Sponsorship - $1,000.00

• Basic Sponsorship Package (See Sponsorship Notes)
